Robin Dale Hait launched her recruiting career in 2010, beginning with work that was deeply meaningful to her—helping transitioning Military Officers successfully move into civilian leadership roles. Supporting those who served our country as they built the next chapter of their careers laid the foundation for her people-first approach to recruiting.
She later joined the fast-growing startup N3 Results as the company’s 106th employee, placing her on the ground floor of its growth and success. Robin quickly distinguished herself as a top producer, advancing from Business Development Representative to full-cycle Account Executive. In this role, she supported revenue growth initiatives for major organizations including Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Uber, Shopify, IBM, and other companies that partnered with N3 to scale high-performing inside sales teams across SMB and enterprise markets.
While working on a one-year contract as a Pipeline Manager supporting IBM, Robin was invited to temporarily assist N3’s recruiting team between program assignments. Within just three months, she was asked to join the recruitment function full-time. Leveraging her deep understanding of N3’s culture—and having personally performed many of the roles she was now hiring for—Robin quickly became the top recruiter on the team. In addition to hiring entry-level and mid-level talent, Robin was entrusted with recruiting leadership roles—many of whom have remained with the organization and grown into long-tenured leaders.
By 2022, N3 Results had grown to more than 6,000 employees globally and was acquired by Accenture. Following the acquisition, Robin continued her recruiting career with Accenture, bringing her deep expertise in go-to-market talent, leadership hiring, and high-growth environments to a global enterprise setting.
Robin is often the first voice candidates hear, and she takes that responsibility seriously. She leads with energy, authenticity, and a genuine passion for connecting people with the right opportunities, ensuring every hire begins with a strong first impression and setting the tone for a successful onboarding experience.
